One-on-one care with someone who actually gets it
Whatever brought you here — anxiety, a life change, questions about your identity, something you've been carrying quietly for a while — you'll work with a licensed psychologist who has training and experience treating it.
Doctoral-level providers on every case
100% online — from anywhere in Oregon
Matched with someone trained in what you’re facing
Treatment that’s tailored to you
There's no single script here. Every Psychologist on our team draws from approaches backed by research, then shapes that research around who you actually are — your history, your goals, what's really going on in your life right now. Two people dealing with similar struggles might end up in very different kinds of sessions with us, because they're not the same person.
Sessions happen entirely online, so you can work with us from home, your car during a lunch break, or anywhere else in Oregon that feels private enough to talk. There's no commute to plan around, no waiting room, and no settling for whoever happens to have an opening near you.
Where our team spends most of their time
Identity-Affirming Care
For LGBTQ+ and transgender clients seeking experienced, identity-affirming care from psychologists who already understand—whether you're exploring your identity, navigating a transition, or simply looking for the right fit.
Anxiety
For anxiety that's taken over your day-to-day — constant background worry, panic that shows up out of nowhere, paralyzing fear or self-doubt in social situations, or fixation on one situation you can't stop replaying.
Neurodivergence
Support for adults navigating ADHD, autism, and related concerns, from providers who understand that "different" isn't the same as "disordered."
Life Transitions
Grief, a new diagnosis or chronic illness, becoming a parent, an empty house, divorce — the moments that change how everyday life feels, even when nothing on the surface looks wrong or seems all that different.
For recent or past trauma
Whether you're working to regain a sense of safety and stability or you're ready to begin processing what happened, we'll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Not sure which of these fits your situation?
Sometimes one session is all your need
Not every situation calls for ongoing therapy. Sometimes you simply need an experienced psychologist to help you navigate a difficult conversation, make an important decision, respond to a challenging life event, or gain clarity on a specific concern. Our single session intervention is designed to provide focused guidance, practical strategies, and a clear path forward—all in a single session. If you decide you'd benefit from additional support afterward, we're here for you, but there's never any expectation to continue.
A few honest answers
-
No. A lot of people start here without a clear name for what they're feeling — figuring that out together is part of the work.
-
It doesn't have to be. Many people we work with are functioning well by every outside measure and still carrying something they'd rather not carry alone.
-
No. Our Psychologists have built careers around meeting people exactly where they are — not around deciding who deserves help.
-
psychologists provide therapy, not medication management. If medication becomes relevant to your care, we can help coordinate with a prescriber.
