About Me

Welcome!  I work with individuals and couples who want meaningful, lasting change.  I help clients navigate trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief- especially when patterns feel stuck or hard to shift.  My work is focused on going beyond surface-level coping to understand the deeper emotional and relational experiences shaping your life.

I value connection, curiosity, and growth, both in and outside the therapy room.  Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature through biking, hiking, skiing, running and yoga -activities that help me stay grounded and connected, and that inform my holistic approach to healing.

How I Work

I approach therapy with a strong emphasis on attunement -deeply listening and responding to each person with care and respect.  I strive to create a space where you feel understood and where all parts of your experience are welcome.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and work with different parts of yourself, especially those shaped by past experiences.  With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore patterns, deepen emotional connection, and build more secure relationships.  My work is collaborative and tailored, supporting deeper healing and lasting change.
