Oregon Licensed Psychologist

About Me

I’m a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of clients across diverse settings. Originally from the East Coast, I migrated west in my early twenties living in Colorado, California, and now Central Oregon.

Oregon holds a special place in my heart where I connect with my love for the outdoors through ultrarunning, biking, hiking, and camping. When I’m not working with clients, you may find me on the trails with my family and our dogs. I’m always on the lookout for a great cup of coffee and the next rescue dog in need of a loving home.

How I Work

I work with individuals facing a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, insomnia, addiction, adjustment difficulties, and other life/behavioral challenges. My client-centered approach draws from a blend of interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts therapy, and somatic interventions.

Whichever approach we take, it is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a trauma-informed perspective with a bit of humor along the way. My goal is to support you in building awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. One quote that resonates with me and guides my work is from Carl Jung, "I am not what happened to me, but what I choose to become."

I look forward to working with you.
